    Liability & Limitations

Air-Pressure Winterization Disclaimer: Although irrigation systems are not originally designed to have air pushed through them, this is the only practical method to properly winterize systems in our climate. Air pressure can create more stress on the system than normal water operation. InstaRain Irrigation Inc. cannot be held liable for any damage that may occur as a result of the winterization process, as such occurrences are beyond our control. Winterization reduces the risk of freeze-related damage but does not guarantee against damage caused by: Pre-existing issues (e.g., leaks, broken lines, malfunctioning parts). Failure to properly drain or maintain components not connected to the irrigation system. Extreme weather conditions outside of normal seasonal patterns. InstaRain Irrigation Inc. is not responsible for damage arising from: Delayed scheduling or failure to book service in time. Water left on resulting in rescheduled service dates. Inaccessible components or systems not serviced by us.
